Telenor Serbia’s Customer Care Director best in country

Manojlovic has been elected Serbia’s best Contact Center leader based on the nomination by Customer Contact Association Serbia and votes from the contact center industry professionals in her country. As Serbia’s first representative, she will stand for her country at the global Top Ranking Performers conference in Las Vegas later this year. The conference is organized for the fifth year in a row by Contact Center World, the leading global support organization for the contact center industry.

“Tatjana Manojlovic is a manager who has great ideas for the industry. She makes things happen, assuring business improvement and making customer service a better place to work. She thinks and acts. As leader of one of the biggest and best managed contact centres in the region, she has deserved to represent Serbian contact centre industry at this prestigious world event,” said Bojan Jovic, Executive Director of Customer Contact Association in Serbia.

Open to fresh ideas

Tatjana explains that Customer Service has been a focus in Telenor Serbia since the very beginning.

“At the end of 2007, the great technical improvements in our contact centre were the basis for growth and released numerous possibilities. Having guidance and tail wind from all of Telenor, we started to explore various fresh ideas from international practices,” said Tatjana.
