Telenor Montenegro's CSR strategy highlighted in NGO publication.
Telenor has been recognized for its corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices in Montenegro. The Montenegrin Centre for Development of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) recently issued a new brochure, in which various Telenor CSR initiatives were showcased.
In this first-ever CSR-focused brochure, four Telenor Montenegro projects are featured. These projects exemplify Telenor’s corporate responsibility strategy: Enable, Safe and Climate.

Learning through example
Corporate responsibility strategies in Montenegro are still developing and expanding, through the support of citizens, civil society organisations, enterprises, the public sector and media. The Centre for Development of NGOs’ new brochure offers specific examples of Montenegrin companies that are engaged in socially responsible activities as related to: community, employees, environment and market.
“We hope that this publication will help Montenegro’s business sector learn more about how to implement corporate social responsibility. There are many positive effects from integrating CSR into everyday business operations, for both their long-term profitability and contribution to sustainable development of their communities,” said Marina Vukovic, Head of Dept. for Philanthropy and CSR in CRNVO and brochure editor for the Centre for Development of NGOs in Montenegro.
