New Head – Group CR

Mai Oldgard has been appointed new Vice President, Head of Group Corporate Responsibility, as of 1 June 2007.

Experienced in the field

“I am very pleased that Mai Oldgard will take on this position,” said Bjørn Magnus Kopperud, Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources.

Mai Oldgard has worked with Corporate Responsibility (CR) for 10 years, and holds a Master of Science in International Business. Before joining the Group CR team at Telenor, Mai worked with PA Consulting Group, ECON Analysis and the UN.

Mai has experienced how the field has gained more recognition over the last couple of years. To an increasing extent, companies recognise how bringing social aspect of their operations into corporate strategy can create a competitive edge.
