The Board of Directors
Pursuant to Norwegian law, the Board is responsible for the management of the company and the proper organisation of the operation, including a responsibility to supervise the company's management.
The CEO and Group Management
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is in charge of the day-to-day management of operations at Telenor ASA and in the Telenor Group. The Group Management consist of heads of key business areas and functions at Telenor.
