  1. What is the Annual General Meeting (AGM)? Annual General Meeting is a meeting with shareholders that is held once a year. The shareholders approve the last years accounts, the final dividend per share, and vote on any other resolutions. Go to the Annual General Meeting page for more information

  3. Who can attend the Annual General Meeting? To attend the Annual General Meeting your must be a Telenor shareholder.
  4. How can I register for the Annual General Meeting? You can register for the Annual General Meeting in two ways:
    1. Two weeks before the Annual General Meeting you will receive a registration form to your registered postal address to be filled out and returned to Nordea Bank Norge ASA.
    2. You can register electronically on the AGM page. All details of the registration procedure will be published two weeks before the next meeting.
  5. Can I vote at the Annual General Meeting? To be able to vote on the Annual General Meeting you need to convert you ADS shares to ordinary shares. This can be done with help from JPMorgan. Contact Daniela Utane, tel: +44 20 7777 2020
  6. How do I exercise my voting rights in case I am not present at the AGM? As a shareholder in Telenor you may appoint a representative by proxy to exercise the shareholder’s voting rights at the AGM. This may be done in two ways:
    1. Two weeks before the Annual General Meeting you will receive a registration form to your registered postal address to be filled out and returned to Nordea Bank Norge ASA.
    2. You can appoint a representative electronically on the AGM pages
      All details will be published 2 weeks before the next meeting.
