Telenor Global Voice
The service
As a Telenor Global Voice customer, you have access to quality termination to more than 530 mobile and fixed destinations around the world. Our product conforms to the highest possible quality requirements, and includes transfer of Calling Line Identification (CLI) to major destinations.
Connection to TGS
You gain access to our network by means of a half circuit point connection or through our Points of Presence in Europe (London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Paris) New York and Hong Kong.
Quality Management
Through extensive monitoring and data analyses we continuously follow quality parameters on the traffic. We have a dedicated Quality of Service team with high focus on monitoring all routes for ASR, NER, PGAD, CCR and ALOC*.
