Telenor Open Mind is a recruitment programme specially designed to meet the needs of physically challenged people. The programme helps the physically challenged to overcome the barriers that often prevent them from participating in the working life. The Open Mind Programme is currently operating in Norway, Malaysia and Sweden. Even more Telenor operators plan to adopt the programme and fit it to their local needs.
