Telenor’s Governing Documents apply to all subsidiaries controlled, directly or indirectly, by Telenor ASA. Telenor will use its ownership share to actively promote adoption of the principles set forth in Telenor’s Governing Documents, also in the subsidiaries not controlled by Telenor.
