Trainee Programme modules
The trainees are facing 18 months of training packed with hands-on experience and real life challenges. During this period they will go though three modules, each lasting six months.

The first six months: Learn it all by doing it all
The first six months will be spent working in the company in which they have been hired. During this period, they will go through a steep learning curve acquiring local knowledge and performing a wide range of tasks granting them detailed insight into market exposure.
The next six months: International experience
As the programme has a global focus, the next six months will be spent in one of the mobile operating companies. All companies are potential "hosts". Each trainee is expected to develop professional and informal networks stretching across national borders during this period.
The final six months: Professional and personal development
After this, the trainees will return to the company they originated from for a six month assignment enabling them to maximise their experience and knowledge from the previous six months, and to start building an attractive career platform.
In addition to performing in real jobs, both in the companies they are hired in, and in the hosting companies worldwide, the trainees will be exposed to both professional and personal development in seminars throughout the 18 months. These seminars will be important arenas for reflecting upon and developing motivating career paths.
