When Telenor was planning its new headquarters at Fornebu, Vegar Moen was commissioned to follow the building process for one year. This resulted in documentation, but also pictures composed with the light, colours and horizontal and vertical lines of the uncompleted buildings as art. In his photos from Brasilia and China he shows how people are influenced by the landscape, by large dam projects razing hundreds of towns to the ground, or by the building of an entirely new city without occupants and in the middle of nowhere.
