Alf Rolfsen

The interior wall in the Telegraphy building is decorated with several picture panels which depict the struggle to establish telegraphy and telephony in Norway. The frieze is created in earthy colours in a simple Cubist style. It is painted in a fresco technique where wet pigment is applied to dry plaster to give a matt colour surface.

The general office in the Telegraphy building is not currently open to the public
