Born 1951 in USA: USA, 1951. DiCorcia lives and works in New York. He has a photography degree from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and earned a Master of Photography degree at Yale University in 1979 where he teaches today. Since the late 1970s he has exhibited his photographs throughout the world and is a notable figure on the international photographic-art scene.
