Cinclus
Telenor Cinclus was created in 2004, and supplies a complete solution for Automatic
Monitor Reading (AMR) and machine- to- machine communication. Their AMR-solution
enables utility companies to remotely read their customers electricity
meters on an hourly basis. Telenor Cinclus supplies and operates the complete
communications solution. In addition, each individual grid operator can use
the communications platform to build other value-adding services, such as surveillance
alarms, water and gas metering, temperature regulation or image transmission.
Telenor Cinclus is owned by Telenor ASA (66%) and Skagerak Energy AS (34%).

Business Partner ASA
EDB Business Partner ASA is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and at year-end
2005 Telenor held an ownership share of 51.5% in the company. With operating
revenues of over NOK 4.8 billion in 2005, EDB is a leading IT group in the Nordic
region. EDB had more than 3,900 employees at the outset of 2006, and represents one
of the strongest Nordic centres of expertise for the development and operation
of IT solutions.

Eiendom Holding
Telenor Eiendom Holding is wholly owned by Telenor. At the end of 2007, the
company managed approximately 910,000 square metres of owned and leased floor
space spread out over approximately 3,200 buildings. The company's main task
is to ensure that the Telenor Group has at its disposal sufficient premises
to allow its main activities to be performed in a cost effective manner.

Global Services AS
Telenor Global Services AS (TGS) is the international carrier of Telenor. The
main activities of TGS are international wholesale of voice termination, GRX,
MMS Interworking, IPX, capacity, IP VPN and IP transit. TGS has established
Points of Interconnect in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Frankfurt,
Paris, London and New York. Whether it is bilateral agreements, hubbing business
or other transit services, TGS has a strong focus on Quality of Service. To
meet the requirements for the mobile operators international traffic (GSM
and 3G) TGS is providing benchmark ASR, Roaming support, ISDN, CLI presentation
and Video Telephony. TGS has been a limited company since 1995, wholly owned
by Telenor.

Research and Innovation
Telenor Research and Innovation (R&I) contributes to the long-term global competitive strength of Telenor’s current and future business. R&I is an innovation hub for Telenor with particular focus on strategically driven innovations with a long-term perspective (2-3 years). R&I is a competence resource centre, offering expertise and advice, challenges to management on existing strategies and business mindset. An Asian R&I centre was established in Malaysia in 2006 to initiate closer studies of emerging markets and new customer segments. A commercialisation unit contributes to strengthen Telenor’s ability to profitably commercialise new ideas in the marketplace. R&I is wholly owned by Telenor.
Telenor Venture
Telenor Venture is seeking to create value through active ownership by investing
in companies in the fields of telecommunications and IT. Telenor Venture IV includes Opplysningen 1881 and other companies partly originating from Telenor. Opplysningen AS (1881) will no longer be a part of Telenor Venture's portfolio, after the acquisition of Carrot Communications. Read more about the aquisition in the following press release.
Maritime Communications Partner
MCP is a global maritime cellular operator focused on providing cost effective GSM and CDMA communications solutions specially created to fulfill the requirements of the shipping industry. MCP provides seamless connectivity via personal mobile phones to both passengers and crew on board cruise-ships, ferries and other vessels worldwide. MCP is wholly owned by Telenor.
Aeromobile
Using AeroMobile aircraft passengers and crew can safely use their own mobile phones and PDAs whilst in-flight to keep in touch with colleagues, customers, friends and family. AeroMobile supports voice telephone, text messaging and data services using current and future aircraft communications technologies. Telenor owns 50% of Aeromobile, the remaining 50% is held by Airinc.
