Ethical Council
Based on Telenor's values and its Codes of Conduct, the Ethical Council helps to ensure a high level of ethical awareness at Telenor. Issues related to ethics and the reputation of the company are discussed in the Council.
The Ethical Council is an independent forum with no decision-making powers, but makes recommendations to the management of Telenor. All employees of Telenor may report issues to the Council, which consists of representatives from the whole organisation and is chaired by the CEO.
