As an associated company, the Telenor Group has significant influence but it is not considered a subsidiary or joint venture. Significant influence means Telenor has the power to help make financial and operating decisions for the company but does not have control over the policies.
VimpelCom Ltd.
VimpelCom Ltd. is offering mobile services in 18 markets under the “Beeline”, “Kyivstar”, “djuice”, “Wind”, “Infostrada” “Mobilink”, “Leo”, “banglalink”, “Telecel”, and “Djezzy” brands. VimpelCom Ltd. is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Telenor has an economic share of 33 % and a voting interest of 42.95 % in VimpelCom Ltd.
C More Entertainment
C More Entertainment operates as an independent media player in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark and provides a premium Pay-TV offer under the brands CANAL+ and C MORE. The premium TV concept is based on exclusive premium rights for sports, movies and series. CANAL+ is provided to subscribers through distributors for a monthly fee. In addition to its linear TV offering, Canal+ offers pay-per-view and video-on-demand services, online and through various distributors.
Telenor holds an economic stake of 35 % in C More Entertainment.
A-pressen
A-pressen is Norway’s second largest media company. It is the largest player within Norway’s local media, with operations in the areas of newspaper, print, digital media, magazines, advertising sales and distribution companies. In addition, A-pressen has a significant printing operation in Russia. A-pressen has its headquarters in Oslo, and the company has more than 2500 employees.
Telenor owns 48.2 % of A-pressen.

EVRY
Evry (formally EDB Ergo Group) is a leading vendor of IT services in the Nordic region providing an extensive range of consulting and information technology services to a broad range of industries and the public sector.
The company has approximately 6,000 employees working from locations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Ukraine, Great Britain and India. The company is headquartered in Oslo and is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Telenor Group holds an ownership share of 30.24 %.
Kjedehuset
Kjedehuset is a complete provider of sales and distribution solutions for mobile and data communications, and is a leader in the Norwegian market. Kjedehuset is the franchiser of Nordialog, Telehuset and Telekiosken, which targets both the business and private markets. These three franchises together represent approximately 155 stores with a total of 800 employees. The headquarters is located in Oslo.
Telenor owns 49 % of Kjedehuset.
