Sigve Brekke

President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Background: Mr. Brekke joined the Telenor Singapore office in 1999 as Manager Business Development and later Managing Director. Mr. Brekke served as co-Chief Executive Officer of dtac from 2002 to 2005, and Chief Executive Officer in dtac from 2005-2008. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Head of Asia Region, prior to his appointment to CEO. Before joining Telenor, Mr. Brekke has served as the Deputy Minister (State Secretary) of Defence in Norway in 1993, and has also held position as an associate research fellow at John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University in the USA.

Jon Erik Haug

Wenche Agerup

Ruza Sabanovic

From 1994-2008 Ruza served as the assistant professor at the Civil Engineering Faculty University of Montenegro.

Berit Svendsen

Background: Svendsen joined Telenor in 1988 as a Research Scientist. From 2000 to 2005 she was Executive Vice President and CTO of Telenor and also working Chair of Telenor R&D. From 2002 to 2007 Berit Svendsen was a member of the European Commission / IST Advisory Group. She joined Conax as CEO in May 2008. Svendsen is currently a board member of DNB and Bisnode.

Patrik Hofbauer

Patrik Hofbauer

Ove Fredheim

Background: Ove Fredheim is CEO of Telenor Serbia, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telenor Banka, President of the Foreign Investors Council in Serbia and Chairman of the Management Board of Telenor Montenegro.

Fredheim has held diverse management positions across Telenor Group for more than 24 years. He came to Serbia from Telenor Group Headquarters, where he headed Group Markets, a unit within Group Industrial Development. Prior to that, Fredheim served as CEO of Telenor Hungary from 2004 to 2009. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Telenor Montenegro (2005-2008) and Member of Operating Committee in DiGi, Malaysia (2001-2002). Also, he served as the Senior Vice President of Products and Markets in Telenor Mobile International, Norway (2001-2002) and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer in Kyivstar, Ukraine (1999-2001).

His years abroad have brought him vast multicultural experiences and helped him learn several languages: English, German and some Serbian, Russian and French.

Education: Bachelor and an MBA degree (Master of Business and Marketing) from BI, the Norwegian Business School.

Stein Erik Vellan

Background: Stein-Erik Vellan comes from the position as Head of Mobile in Telenor Norway. Lars-Åke Norling
