This handbook is related to matters connected to anti-corruption and in particular related to Telenor’s Anti-Corruption Policy. However, other documents within the Telenor Way are, of course, relevant and, depending on the situation you should also consult these.
You may always consult and discuss these issues with your Local Ethics & Compliance Manager. Your communications are required to be treated confidentially. If you feel that the Local Ethics & Compliance Manager is not an option, Telenor Group has a “Hotline to Compliance” which you should use.
Any disclosure of your information will be treated very carefully. The persons involved in handling the case shall maintain confidentiality. Telenor does not tolerate reprisals or retaliation against those who in good faith report an apparent.
